I’m a Virtual Assistant and BPO Professional with 7+ years’ of experience with proven organizational, communication, editing, and event planning skills. Looking to fulfill the role of a quality virtual assistant and maintain exceptional internal and external communication.

 

My main goal is to be productive while delivering quality results on a schedule that I and my client have set in place. I aim to satisfy my clients with the outcome of my work.

 

Administrative services are my expertise and I believe that I can learn more while I offer my clients the best assistance there is. I have been in the Human Resources – Employee Relations Department and also in the BPO Industry for 7 years. I also did Virtual Assistance and ESL Teaching for 3 years. I also have knowledge of photo and video editing, website creation, and ghostwriting. My English communication skills I can say is average, I can read, write, and comprehend even though English is my second language.

 

My experience in the BPO Industry is about Hotel and Airline Reservations, Food Delivery Customer Service, Network Connection Technical Support, Financial Advising, Health Care Insurance Customer Service, Financial Accounting Technical, and Customer Support.

 

As for my Virtual Assistant work journey, I have been employed by a law firm in Colorado, USA as a Leads Generation Specialist which includes but not limited to; outbound calling potential clients to enroll them to their disability benefits and sending them contracts via email. I have also handled a customer service job for an Online Grocery Home Shopping Campaign based in the U.K., my tasks include order management, refund processing, order placing, checking inventories and many more. My experience as an ESL (English as Second Language) Teacher was mainly focused on educating Chinese students ages 8 to 45 years old about the English language including pronunciation, spelling, grammar and etc.. I also became an Executive Virtual Assistant to the CEO and CTO of a company based in the U.K., it really helped me a lot to hone my skills and experience and thus I believe that I can do any work assigned to me.

 

I am also currently a freelance Graphic Design Artist and Academic Helper to Senior High School and College students. I help the students and other professionals with their academics and administrative tasks in exchange for commissions and talent fees. I also earn commissions from taing on jobs like writing resumes, registering businesses to the BIR, scheduling appointments, and many more. I am also currently a small business woman online and I am planning to open a physical store to accommodate more customers in person.

 

I started working when I was 18 years old and I can say that the world outside of school has taught me more than what I have ever imagined. For me experience is the best teacher and working with different types of people has helped me improve myself brilliantly. I can confidently state that I have very much to offer and I’m willing to be trained so I can learn and do better. The set of skills and knowledge I have is not enough so I plan to learn all throughout my work experiences because for me learning is a never-ending process.
